This property was damaged during the 2018 Malibu fires which required extensive cleaning, surface repairs, re-painting, re-finishing of all wood surfaces, replacing of external mahogany wood façade, and extensive landscaping & re-planting around the property.

Works were completed over the Christmas and New Year period within a four week timeframe including staging the property.

This 3 bedroom 1900sqft traditional single family home was tired and run down after 43 years in the same ownership.

Our scope of work included packing and removal of the existing furniture, extensive cleaning of the property & trash removal, new flooring throughout, opening up the floor plan, both internal and external painting, landscaping, general repairs, new window furnishings and staging.

Total budget $70k including staging, timeframe 8 weeks.

This Spanish 1920’s 3850sqft property over two levels includes 3 bedrooms, including a huge master suite, and multiple living/entertaining areas. The house was in need of some TLC to get it ready for sale with a busy client based overseas during the sales process.

Our scope included packing up and moving all the client’s furniture, cleaning the property, painting, general repairs, waterproofing of balconies, gardening and landscaping works, and the property staging.

Total budget $40k including staging, timeframe 2 weeks.

Thurston Circle, Bel Air

Home rescue

This 3 bedroom contemporary Bel Air home was completely gutted and re-built by the owner.

Close to completion the owner had a dispute with their contractor leaving the house 80% finished.

We were engaged to rescue the project and complete the construction work. This included rectifying a number of code violations and achieving sign-off and occupancy permits from the City.

Our scope of work included all of the landscaping, internal detail finishes, electrical repairs, counter tops, painting and, of course, property staging and preparation for sale.

Wilton Place, Los Angeles

Great bones in the form of a 3 bedroom Craftsman home in Hancock Park was given the full treatment - inside and out. The interior was completely remodeled including new kitchen, new bathrooms & opening up the floor plan to provide open plan living, all new electrical and lighting as well as new HVAC system for the entire house.

The entire exterior was restored and painted, and the garden completely re-landscaped.

Total budget $250K including staging, timeframe 24 weeks.
